We are your personal advisors and assistants, even though we do NOT provide legal advise. We fill in the gaps between yourself and your attorney. There are many things attorneys wont assist or help you with, or if they do it will be very costly. Most will not coach or mentor you through the process. Their main objective is to advise you of the law and ensure the proceedings and process are followed in accordance to the law.  

Ideally, you would consult and retain us prior to filing or separation.  This way we can assist you in preparing, and help ensure you do not put yourself in a weak or bad position when you do file for divorce. There are certain things we will advise you on, in order to protect yourself in preparation for the divorce process. 

Yes, in fact that is one of our specialties. We will advise and assist you in planning and preparing for mediation. We will have you fully prepared with a plan to be as successful as possible in mediation. 

Yes, Clear Path Consulting will happily assist you post judgement issues, including co-parenting, modifications of child support, and violations of the divorce agreement/settlement. 

We take an upfront fee that covers a certain amount of "hours" of work. Rarely does this have to be replenished, but that varies on client and the complexity and length of the case. 

Yes, however we do not discount the initial fee, but bill at a lower rate.  We offer this for teachers, military (active or honorably discharged veterans), police officers, firefighters, paramedics and nurses.
